First we discuss order details, production details by email or Whatsapp. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

8,How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
9,How do you check all the goods in the production line?
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.

Besides, it can process the parts of which the length is up to 2500mm,the width is up to 1500mm and the range of the thickness is from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.this machine can process one part within 30 seconds to fulfill the capacity of diversified production.

Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
